Wedding planning and coordinating came to be an organic extension of my personal and professional day to day life. I'm organized, detail oriented, thrive in a fast paced environment and, most importantly, I pride myself on the mantra "figure it out no matter what". I feel like these qualities translate well into the world of weddings because, without a doubt, no matter how much planning you do, there are things that arise that you cannot control. These "uncontrollable" moments are best handled by a day-of-coordinator so that the bride (or groom!) does not add more stress to her or his special day.

There are so many things I love about weddings: the groom admiring his bride walk down the aisle, the first dance, the speeches, the tears, the slideshows... even if I don't know the couple well, there's a unique and deep love at every wedding that really tugs at the old heart strings. 

Now, pull behind the curtain and you'll see that the day-of-coordinator has been at the venue hours earlier setting up various decor, greeting vendors, confirming last minute timing and is the general point of contact for the day. When I plan a wedding, it is my main goal to execute the couples vision so that when they arrive they see their months of planning all become worth it. It's a big job that I don't take lightly and I strive to give every couple the confidence that I will make their day memorable and special.
